Women on Weights
This class in a 6 week program ..but you can come as many times as you want there is no commitment to take all the classes. Classes will be as follows Tuesday 630-730pm outside class at rossland french school. Thursday 630-730pm Better life fitness (Rossland) studio Saturday 9-10am Better life fitness (Rossland) studio...$10.00 per class or 10 classes for $80.00This class will be a low to medium cardio with weights as heavy or light as you would like . All levels and ages welcome .Come work out with a great group of ladies.
